RETURNS:
Please contact us here at Wee Wax Works if you wish to return your order.
Customers have 14 days after the day on which the goods come into the physical possession of the consumer to return their order.
We can only accept returns on unopened and unused goods you have purchased. Goods that arrive to us in an unsaleable condition may be subject to a reduction in the refund value.
The original postage costs will be refunded when returning an item, but not the returns postage. If express delivery service or similar was originally used to send the goods, then this will not be refunded – the normal shipping rate will apply.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you wish to cancel your order you must do so ASAP as most of our orders are processed and postage labels paid for by 9pm on day of purchase.
DAMAGED GOODS:
If your order has arrived damaged you must reply within 24hrs of delivery with evidence of the damaged goods or packaging, So we can follow procedures into why your item arrived in this condition.
MISSING/WRONG ITEMS:
If you have a missing or wrong item from your order, please let us know withing 14 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to help you.
